What that means is that when we clean your home and a spot comes back or does not clean up very well, we will clean that area again at NO charge to the client. If we have to return to that area and it does not come clean, we will refund the money for that area. We will then call another carpet cleaner of your choice to come and clean the area, and we will pay for it.

Moving Furniture

We can move most furniture if breakables are moved by you. Dressers must be empty. We will not move any electronics, pianos, fish tanks, or grandfather clocks. Other items are at the discretion of the technician.
